  So glad IHOP is in Sherwood Park! Let me start off by addressing the service. I've been there two times with my family, they try exceptionally hard to exceeding expectation!
  
  They bring out the kids food first that to me is a big deal. Kids are hungry they need to eat, before that they have coloring sheets as well. The food I have found is quite excellent always comes out prepared with care. The coffee is surprisingly good!
  
  The restaurant is new so it's super clean and we'll lit. I won't hesitate to go back with my family and send friends there. I should also say that the value you get for your money is quite good.
  
  It's nice to go to a restaurant and feel your valued as a customer.

  Have went here two times and both times have had amazing service. The food always comes out correctly the first time and is cooked the way we ordered it. The wait staff are attentive and are very friendly. We will keep coming back to this location!

  Very good food and great staff. I love the options available to you in food choices, syrups and beverages. Portion sizes are admittedly smaller than other chains like Denny's but overall a much tastier choice than the competition.

  The food was not very good and definitely over priced. It seems to be getting more difficult to find a decent place to eat. On a side note though the waitress was super nice and the place is clean. If you want something yummy to hit that happy button, I would not recommend this restaurant.
