  Youre service is the worst in Sherwood park, the people who are working there don't respect anyone, the older lady at the till is rude, and everyone I know hates being served by her. Her and other co-workers make my friends and myself very angry once we left . And then confronted us about us being rude our selfs.. we no longer want to be served by your team as they made us feel uncomfortable being in their presence.

  Twice my poutine had to be returned as they were not a hot fresh... I wish ALL McDonald's would adopt a policy of cook as needed so food is not sitting in a usekess warmer so we get barely lukewarn meals... If it were not for my grandchild, I would not even come...
