  Due to long line ups I decided to use the self pay terminals, I was having a little trouble navigating the system which set off the assistance required light, The woman who helped me in making my purchase was no sweetheart tho, She rolled her eyes and shook her head in an arrogant and condescending manner, never once did she even smile , just because I wasn't familiar with this particular settup, Shes lucky I was in a good enough mood to tolerate her attitude !

  My Wife shops on special AirMiles days, and we received tons of free goodies off the AirMiles Website.... helps differ the cost of food these days!!

  Arrogant and condescending cashier at this location.
  
  Update: I followed up with the store manager who was extremely appreciative to learn of my feedback. He came across as polite and genuine (to a fault) and I have zero doubt that he will coach the cashier as needed (who to her credit, seemed quite capable, just extremely rude).
  
  His professional approach and his concern about losing me as a customer was exactly how all retail stores need to act.
  
  This was a breath of fresh air to write and I'm happy to give this store another chance.
