  The only good part about this restaurant is how friendly the staff are. The bathrooms are usually dirty, if there is anyone ahead of you you'll be waiting for 5+ minutes before you can place your order and during the summer the restaurant is always terribly hot. As a person who travels throughout Sherwood Park for work, this is easily the worst Tims in the area. The locations by Nottingham and off of Wye are both fantastic 5/5 restaurants. I'm not sure what's going on with management but I would avoid.

  Omg... Could you be any slower. 3 of us... A couple soups and a sandwich.... Nit even busy... 15 min later we finally got everything as everything kinda came out in bits and pieces in between other pees orders.. A little u organized. soups aren't very hot, potato wedges are old and stale... Meh... Would prefer to go somewhere else.

  Waited in line for 20mins, stuck in the drive through, esture of free order was appreciated only to later realize it was the wrong order..pissed off!! Time to support the little people. This is the second weekend In a row experiencing this lack of service; waste of my time and money!

  It is Tim's, a Canadian treasure no longer owned by Canadians. Still a busy place that serves fast food.
